There are 3 Andrew Kleins who served from New York However only two come from units raised in New York City. One on Staten Island and one in New York City.

Pvt. Andrew Klein Co.F, 68th Regiment New York Infantry
Pvt. Andrew Klein Bat. M, 2nd Regiment New York Heavy Arty.

The third man came from a unit raised in Kingston, New York. He also went by Charles Andrew and not just Andrew. Doesnt mean it wont be him so this is his information as well.

Pvt. Charles Andrew Klein Co. F, 120th Regiment NY Inf.

Any chance you could take another look at the draft card and tells if it said anything else?
