Under Hammer Pistol

I am looking for information on the manufacturer of an "under hammer" pistol (boot pistol) that may have been manufactured in Anderson, TX. It does not appear to be a Dance Bros pistol since I have never seen this type mentioned in anything that they manufactured. This pistol belonged to Clem Bassett of Terry's Texas Rangers (8th TX Cavalry). Bassett's pistol had the words "Anderson Texas" engraved and "1862." Dance Bros did not move to Anderson until late 1863/early 1864.

Two Erichson brothers were employed by Dance at Anderson, TX, but I don't think they were there in 1862.
