Drafted 1865?

Joseph Johnson mustered 1 March 1865, 15th Maine Regiment.

Some years ago I did a lot of research on the 15th Maine and by spring 1865 the regiment was so depleted by loss of men it was on the verge of being disbanded. According to the regimental history the draft was used to some extent.

Is there a easy record (he is not a relative just for local history) to confirm he was drafted (his draft status in June 1863 was class 1 and I don't see any reason why he would not have subject to the 1865 draft)?

John
