Carothers

I recently learned that one of my ancestors, James Howell Carothers, Company H, 11th Tennessee Infantry was a prisoner of war at Rock Island Baracks Illinois from January 1864 until March 1865 when he was exchanged. I have looked at Rock Island sites and cannot find a list of prisoners held there. Can someone help me locate a site showing all the prisoners held at Rock Island Baracks? I need to document this P.O.W. Thank You, Phil.
