Samuel Lewis 1861-1865 (Ohio)

I am looking for information about Samuel Lewis, son of Enos and Elizabeth Lewis. The 1860 Federal Census shows his age as 26 and he was living with his parents in Franklin, Columbiana County, Ohio. He supposedly died of disease while serving in the Union Army. I have no information as to which Company or Regiment. Any information or suggestions on how to research further would be greatly appreciated.
