Thank you for taking the time to try and answer my question. I had done a search on the Handbook of Texas site. Most searches find information on the salt "industry" etc, but nothing on "salt lists." Maybe they didn't have them in Texas during the Civil War. A search for Civil War Salt List on Google brings up all kinds of sites regarding the lists for GA and AL, so maybe it wasn't prevalent in TX.

I really appreciate you looking for me. So far no one on any of the sites where I have posted have come up with any salt list in Texas. So, maybe they just didn't have them.
