Hope this id the right man
The Civil War pension index shows a Charles Rostosky received an invalid's pension pension August 12,1890 for his service in Company "M" 1st New York Engineers.
His wife Elizabetg received a widows pension December 10,1892.
Invalid pension application # 865522, & Certificate # 614281
Widows pension application # 566091 and certificate # 480557
They can be ordered thru the National Aechives and other services also.
