Captain Jacob B. Turney Company K, First Tennessee Infantry (Turney's) detailed for Court Martial on March 9, 1863, General Order#37/12 ANVa.
Couldn't have been too serious a charge since Capt. Turney is reported as being wounded in action at Chancellorsville on May 3, 1863.All the Turneys were known for their short tempers.I am curious whether this charge has something to do with insubordination or using foul languge to a superior officer.
