Brian, Thank you for the response. I've seen the census records showing Abraham Churchward and his family. Another source led to me to believe that Abraham was born in England. The Death Certificate of his son George W. Churchward shows his father and mother birth place as England. I've seem to come across alot of conflicting info. By the way Abraham passed on March 6, 1858 in New Brunswick. That info is from the NJ Archives pg. 266, line 89 and there was a widow Phebe C. Churchward getting remarried to a James Booraem, October 26, 1867. In my search I did run into other Churchward's from New Brunswick NJ that would be of an earlier generation. Capt. George Churchward, Richard Churchward, Joshua Churchward. All noted in newpaper articles, but no connection as of now found. Plus there was few other George Churchward's in NBNJ during the mid to late 1800's. One was a minster and the other a blind maker, the later married a Anne Danberry. Again thanks for you advise and hopefully the above will ring a bell with somebody out there in the Churchward Family. Sincerely, Fred Runyon Notify Administrator about this message?
