Hi Patricia: I think you can find your answer, plus, on "Ancestry.com.worldconnect". Although there are many conflicting entries, one - and one only, by Sarah Miller (titled Doran, Miller and related families), discloses that Jerusha Churchill was indeed the daughter of Nathaniel Churchill/Betsy Rider. Look for the entry that shows Jerusha b. St. John River, Queens. Others entries, I think incorrectly, show Jerusha and her siblings being born in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Miller's entry is well sourced, the others seem to lack that.
Unfortunately, detailed info on Jerusha does not show. But, the marriage info you found at least matches the time frame and area where Jerusha was born. Info detailed how most of the Churchills moved to Ontario and other places about 1850. Good luck, dwChurchill
