Ray, I assume you are aware that the Isaac who is first on your list is of the fifth generation of Massachusetts Churchills, descended from the immigrant John Churchill who settled in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Mary Grozier Churchill was Isaac's wife. They had fourteen children, whom you have named in order. The youngest one, Otis, married Mary A. Temple, whom I presume is the Mary Ann Churchill that follows Otis in your list. They had five children, Ellen Sophia, Alice Louise, Idella Francis, Abbey Pierce, and Charles Otis, who are the final five names in your list, except the first four were born in the 1850's instead of the 1830's. Alice Louise's day of birth was the 15th, according to the standard source, and Charles Otis's year of birth was 1861. The other three birth dates are correct except for the "5" in place of the "3" in the years.
This is not my family. The source is "Churchill Family in America," the 1904 publication which contains the genealogy of the three northern Churchill families. I did not check all the birth dates you have for Isaac and Mary's children, but they seem to be generally correct. CFA does not have a birth date for Otis's wife.
I will leave it to descendants in the Massachusetts family to answer any further questions you may have, but I thought it might simplify things to identify the pertinent family.
