North Farnham Parish was in Richmond Co., but close to the border of Northumberland Co. I have records on Simon Churchill from this area. It is quite likely that Elizabeth was a sister to Simon and daughter of Samuel Churchill.

Chuchwell, James son of Simon and Dorcas Churchwell, 10 July 1738.
Churchwell, Sarah Ann daughter of Simon and Dorcas Churchwell, 10 July 1750.
