Oops, and thanks Malcolm. Definte error, John Catlin (of course)not Burnham is the father of Mary (Catlin) Burnham. Mary born 1666. Thought I had proofed everything.
To ensure I clarify, John Burnham and his wife Mary (Catlin) Burnham drew up the deed re. "the property of their father John Catlin". Just so I don't spook you, the bracketed "(Catlin)" is mine, not part of the actual wording of the deed.

As far as other questions, will have to hold off a bit. A very serious health matter has just arisen with a close family member in another State.
Hope to get back on board within 48 hours, depends on what
transpires. I might have to do some long driving.

I do have a posting in the works which may, or may not,answer your questions, or possibly, raise others.
But, have set things aside until some family matters resolved. We're an aging group, Malcolm. Time has not been kind to our Churchill group these past several months
(although I'm not referring to myself).
