I have John Churchill m/ Hannah Pontus (d/of Wm)
their son William m/1683 Lydia Bryant (d/of Stephen & Abigail Shaw Bryant)
and I have their son William Churchill who m/ Ruth Bryant (d/John).

(Guess yhe best way to explain this is:
Lydia Bryant's brother John, was father of Ruth, who m/ her first cousin William Churchill.)

The things we find out - while hunting for our ancestors!
