Hi,

You may have this information, but accoridng to the 'Churchill Family in America' compiled by Gardner Churchill the following is a family from Plympton that may fit:

Ebenezer Churchill, born 3/1/1744 in Plympton, married Lucy Palmer on July 17, 1764. They had the following children:
1. Prince, born Aug 23, 1765, married Mrs. ____ Randall, widow. No further record.
2. Jacob, born Dec 21, 1766, married 1st Eunice Sturtevant; 2nd Joanna Sturtevant.
3. Ebenezer, born July 3, 1768. No further record.
4. Samuel, born Aug 29, 1770. No further record.
5. Alford, born Feb 19, 1773. Married Lydia Cushman.
6. Lucy, born Feb 20, 1776. Married Daniel Churchill.
7. Rebecca, born Sept, 1778.
8. Cornelius, born Nov 4, 1780. Married Desire Litchfield.
9. Bathsheba, born aug 20, 1784. Married Elijah Vickery.
10. Ansel, born Aug 22, 1787. Married Lois Caswell of New Bedford.

According to 'Pioneers of Massachusetts' by Charles H. Pope. George Vickary (Vickery) settled in Salem, Ma in 1636. He removed to Hull by 1657. He married Rebecca, daughter of David Phippen. As a side note, there was a branch of the Vickery's that went to the Yarmouth, Nova Scotia area when numbers of NE settlers were going for free land about 1775. There are still numbers of them there.

Haven't heard of the Indian connection, but I'm not saying it isn't there. Hope the above helps a little.
