Hi Paul,

We have a copy of Mrs. Snell's book and my husband has spoken with her on the telephone. A lot of her information is very good, but like all things is not perfect. My husband has a cousin that is actively working on the origins of the Churchill name, etc in England. He has a data base of all the Churchills in England for the years 1400 - 1700's. He has searched the LDS records and cannot find the record Mrs. Snell uses to establish John Churchill's (of Plymouth, Mass.) birth for instance. I truly believe that the book is a good jumping off place for further research, particularly if you are descended from Ezra Churchill. I cannot remember without looking in my files, if your wife is from that line or from Ephraim's. Also I have not forgotten your request regarding the cemetery in Yarmouth. Its just this isn't the greatest time of the year for a CPA to be getting much genealogical work done.
