I was reading your response to Kay Larson about the four branches of the Churchills. In my opinion, the only true way to find out about the information on the Churchills and who is really right, is that we will have to wait to get to heaven to find out. Some people can't even get Josiah Churchill across the ocean. By the way, I am from the Josiah Churchill line. One example I am talking about, is that some people think that Josiah's father was Joseph. The information that I have is that Josiah's father's name was John and his mother was Sara. Josiah could have given another name when asked what his name was when he was coming to America.. When my great-great-great grandfather, Joseph Dell Churchill, worked on a boat, he told people that his name was Joe Sled. He was born in New Jersey and came to Batesville, Arkansas on the boat the he worked on. He stayed in Arkansas and never went back to New Jersey. Also, there were probably more that one Josiah Churchill. Josiah was my 8\greats grandfather and he married Elizabeth Foote. I hope that you understand what I was trying to say.
