John 12 was the first son of
John 11 Churchill and Eleanor Meller. He was born in Dorset, England abt. 1603. John 11 was the first son of William Churchill and Mary Cruese.

If any of this is incorrect, please let me know. I found some of this information on the web and in a copy I have of the genealogy book from Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
