I'm not sure about the mother of Sadie, but I do know that Helen Culp is at least the mother of Oliver. My family has told me that Helen either died or was put into a mental institution when the children were very very young. Sadie suppossedly was put into a home after her mother died and at that home she lost her arm, Oliver lived with his Aunt Auberle, and Charles stayed with his father. Sadie married William Churchfield and they moved to Bakers, Oregon. My uncle told me that Sadie and William traveled from Oregon back to Mckeesport in a wagon. Sadie died in Woodville an institution somewhere around Mckeesport.
Most of the information was given to my by my uncle who is like 70 years old.
I was wondering how you were related to Sadie Mains??
