Dear Helen

According to my research Edward Churcher and Jane Stares had 13 children - Bertha Louise, Frank Herbert, Elizabeth Jane, George Edward, Albert John, Alice Mary, Fanny, Laura, Frederick, Leonard, Jessie and Rhoda Lucy.
(two of them joined the navy and i have their naval records).

Edward's (C1832 - 1916)father was George (C1780 - 1845)and Edward was his son from his 2nd Marriage to Rhoda Woodman.

His grandfather was William George Churcher (c1745 - 1824) who was married to Elezabeth Jelley. They also lived in Westborne and the current occupiers have the history of the house.

This is as far back as i have got with the Churcher side though there are lots of siblings on my tree, in total 60 names. I also have some info on Woodman.
