I'm sorry I should have clarified which Zachariah I was referring to.I have listed that Zachariah the son of Zachariah & Deborah listed his sister Verlinda Dyson's children as beneficiaries.
As for Samuel (Joseph Samuel Henry) Chunn I will double check my source as I am now looking at my FTM and it has double info for him.I have two different birth dates.
This is what I found somewhere:
"Joseph Samuel Henry died at his home place on the French Broad River, Asheville, North Carolina.Samuel was one of the commissioners to lay out the city of Asheville, North Carolina and owned land there.Chunn's Cove about 2/3 miles east of Asheville was a grant for his service in the War of 1812 in which he was a Colonel.
Samuel was a native of Wilkes City, North Carolina. He lived in Asheville, North Carolina and owned not only "Chunn's Cove", but "Chunn's Cove Road" and "Chunn's Place".In 1806, Joseph Samuel was Chairman of Buncombe City Court; 1807 he was a jailer.Sam was a banker, owned a tanneryand was Trustee of Presbyterian Church."
Is this the same Samuel Chunn s/o of Zachariah & Deborah?
Again let me thank you for your time and for the info sharing!!!
