Yes, that is definitely the Bert Crysler taht I was looking for. He lived in Squamish or more precisely, Brackendale, for a time and helped my mothers uncle (Harry Judd, his cousin),to build a homestead there in 1989. He was three years older than "Uncle HarrY". He also had land there for a while before he moved to Saskatchewan. Thank you for the information
