To fill in some of your "blanks" -- information I have gathered shows Johann Philip Kreussler/Greisler/Chrysler (26 Jan 1678/79 - aft. 1745) m. on 26 Apr 1701 Anna Catharina Braun (1670-abt. 1732) dau. of Benedict Braun. They had 8 children: Johann George Chrysler (Apr 1703-aft.1763) m. Anna-Christina Streit, Johannes Greisler (2 Dec 1703-1753) m. Anna Eva Catherina Monk, Beata-Maria Kreussler (Sep 1706-bef.1710), Johann-Henrich Valentin Kreussler (Sep 1710-abt. 1710), Anna-Margretha Kreussler (24 Jly 1705-?) m. Peter Butz, Johann Hieronymus Chrysler (6 Mar 1712/13-21 Sep 1751) m. Maria Margaretha Bauch, Anna Catharina Chrysler (13 Oct 1714-?) m. Gabriel Graad, and Ann Elizabeth Chrysler (1716-7 Feb 1742) m. John William Bouch.
Johann Hieronymus Chrysler & Maria Margaretha Bauch had 10 children: Adam (Lt.), Balthasar, Elisabetha, Philip (my line), Catharina, Margaretha, Johannes (Sr.), Wilhelm, Maria, Georg Jurgen.
Johannes (Sr.) m. Dorothy Meyers and had 8 children: Geronemous, John Pliny, Lena, Richard, Philip, Elizabeth, Catherine, and William Ira.
Col. John Crysler (24 Jly 1770-18 Jan 1852) was the son of (my) Philip. He married: #1 Dorothy Adams/Myers and had Cornelius, Rachel, Elizabeth, Anna, Margaret, John Pliny, and Cornelius; #2 Nancy Loucks and had Samuel Ira, Peter, William Ira, and C. Ralph; #3 Nancy Finkle and had James Henry, Charles Blaker, George Moseley, Caroline Maria, Gordon Morrison, Lucretia Valentine, Gordon Harvey, Guy Pembroke, Mary Ellen Minerva, and Sarahetta Adelaide Ann; a total of 21 children. (It is said he died of exhaustion)
Samuel Ira Crysler married Sarah Ann Hickey and had 9 children, including Mary Clarissa. I would be pleased to exchange further information with you, if you could tell me how you fit in under John's line. Please contact me off list if you would like.
