John Christy was born about 1835 in Kilkenny County Ireland.
Died 23 February 1892 and is buried in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Emerald, Kansas.
He married Annie Glennon/Glennan about 1865 to 1870 in Kansas. They had a daughter ALICE CHRISTY born 15 November 1871 in Emerald, Kansas, and a son, JOHN E. CHRISTY, born 24 April 1875, and died 10 May 1875.
Annie died November 1875, and John married SUSAN ?.
