Looking for John Rankin Christy, b. abt 1851, believed in Westmoreland Co., PA; d. 1955, Barberton, OH. (dates are correct-he was 104 years old when he died!) Family story says John was a farm hand for the Fulton family in Westmoreland, PA. He fell in love with their daughter (Minerva Octavia)and they married. Her parents then disowned her. They had several children all born in Barberton -- Neva, Edith (b. 1892), Rose (1894), Belle, James (1899). Another family story says this line is related to Howard Chandler Christy. Any help appreciated.
