I'm trying to trace my Christy's back from Louisiana to Missouri and into Pennsylvania. My gg-grandfather, John Christy was b. in 1834 in LA. His oldest brother, James was b. in 1822 in Missouri. Their father, Thomas CHRISTY was b. abt 1780-1790 in Pennsylvania. That's all the info I have on him. Does anyone have any info on this line who migrated to LA or any suggestions! I've hit the brick wall on them!
