Have the marriage record of Rhoda Christy to Pierre Viriat and some other information.
Rhoda married Pierre in 1800 and on that listing it states her father is Israel Christy of VA. In another record (a book that I found listed) it states that Rhoda is from VA.
I do know there was a William Christy in early St Louis and have been trying to see if there is a connection.
Near as I can make out Pierre Viriat died around 1806 and Rhoda married Joseph Labbe' around 1809.
I have researched the Christian-Christy family of Agusata VA thinking that her father could be one of them--email me and I can give further information.
