Yes. I saw that after I answered and was going to offer some more data on a Christopher Foster. Here lately one mignt go to the home page and call up ie: Marsales Genealogy or Christopher. saves looking at lots more data than necessary. And one might look at the settlements of French in this country, ie Versailles,Darke County, Ohio.Our govt. activly worked on going abroad and talking those peoples to come over here and settle and provided areas where they could more or less stay together.
Otherwise most familys tended to stay together anyhows. Many of the Foster clan moved thru Md. and then west and every other direction. Some of the clan of Christopher Foster were in Cape May, Md. andthen west to the Versailles area. Do you have the maiden names of the families?
