Lisa:

We are distantly related through the Christmas family of which you have written.

Your # 6 Moses Christmas was my great-great grandfather. One of his sons was Jeremiah Christmas, my great-grandfather whose second wife was Martha Bruner. They were both murdered along with their youngest son, Slocumb Granger, on February 6, 1906. One of their many children was my grandfather, William Daniel Christmas (1883-1941). He married my grandmother, Minnie Alma Buntin in 1905. One of their 5 children was my mother, Minnie Alma Christmas (born October 4, 1918). She married my father, Johannes Goedkoop in 1939. I am one of their two sons. Feel free to contact me at goedkoop@lasalle.edu or goedkoop@supernet.com I am aware of other Christmas researchers who might also be interested in corresponding with you.
