Jacob came over from Wwerunberg Germany in 1736 on the Princess Augustus, he was about 25 when he came over. He came over about 3 yrs after his parents settled in united states.
I have recently located the original homesteas it is about 15 minutes from my home n Pennsylvania.
I have about 9800 of his descendants if you are interested
