Hello to any Christin's out there -- I did not know a "Christin" site existed, so this is quite a thrill. My great grandfather, Henri Christin married Eglantine Cloutier before 1900, lived in Rouyn, Quebec, and was involved in the lumber business. He had three children, Bertha, Charles and my grandfather, Henri Arthur Christin. Henri Arthur married Ruby Mullen and had two children, Estelle and my father, Henry Charles Christin, born 1932 and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. Henry Charles married Fay Dunn and had five children. We know that all of our Christin relatives live throughout Quebec and mainly speak French. I am told that one of our cousins, Suzanne Cloutier, was at one point married to Peter Ustinov, although this could be a fanciful story. There is also some vague history of the original Christin family arriving in Canada via Louisiana in the early 1600's, having come from Normandy, France. If anyone has any information regarding E.T.A. and by what route, I would be very interested. Thanks for whatever information you have to offer. Cathy
