Hello J. Red Wolf,

A man of his WORD is a honest man.
There are not many men that keeps their word and that is why there are paper documents to keep him honest.
If it were not for a paper trail, how could we be doing genealogy and find our ancestors?

Some of us are still working on your clues to try and find the documents.
What is the actual name of the file in Tennessee where we will find the orphans Thomas Mastin raised?
You said in your post, the adoption of Thomas Bailey Christian. Was he adopted by Thomas Mastin?
I thought he was raised by Thomas Mastin, but not adopted by him.
