Revolutionary War Service of Nicholas Christenbury

Hi,

I've been researching the North Carolina Rev. War Rosters for any sign of Nicholas Christenbury, and I haven't been able to find him. Perhaps I have overlooked him somewhere.

My next step has been to find a list of American prisoners taken during the Battle of Camden, Aug. 16, 1780. So far, I haven't been able to find the list.

Has anyone found evidence that Nicholas was a Rev. War soldier and was indeed captured during or just after the Battle of Camden in South Carolina?

I'll appreciate any help. Thanks.

Judy
