Dorothea: I list George Chrisman as son of Jacob III and Nancy (Kidner) Chrisman, and brother of my ancestor Hugh Chrisman (my great great greart grandfather).
I knew about Elinor (Baker) Chrisman and their daughter Margaret (Chrisman) Gochenour, wife to Mordecai Gochenour; but, I didn't have information beyond that. Now that you have given me some additional names and leads to George's family I would enjoy working with you to find the rest of the family.
My Y-DNA has been read to 67 markers now and one of our other cousins from the line of Hugh's brother Benoni is going to participate with Y-DNA analysis as well. I'll also be getting my mitochondrial DNA done. Maybe one of your male Chrisman relatives would like to participate as well. We would like to go to Germany to find Jacob I's roots. So far we know we are R1a1's from Eastern Europe, migrated to Germany.
