Can anybody tell me about this apparent parish in England? Does anyone have any information or photos?

Anne COURTENAY [Parents] was born 1573 in Ladick, Cornwall, Eng. Anne was baptized 20 Jun 1932. She was endowed 2 Nov 1932. She married Gilbert HOLCOMBE on 1600. They were sealed 17 Mar 1966.

M i Thomas HOLCOMBE was born 1601 and died 7 Sep 1657.
M ii Alford HOLCOMBE was born in Hull, Devonshire, Eng. He was sealed to his parents on 1 May 1975. Alford was baptized 22 Apr 1975. He was endowed 1 May 1975.[Notes]
