I am descended from Michel Chretien and Marie Meunier, by way of their son, Jean-Baptiste Chretien; his son, Louis Chretien, his daughter, Marie Isabelle Chretien, who married Jean Francois Terrien. Their son, Francois Terrien, immigrated to the United States about 1840 and changed the family name to Taylor. Francois was my great-great grandfather. He settled in Momence, IL. I live in Harrisburg, PA.
