I have Christien/Christian/Chretien back to Vincent Chretien m. 1668, prob. Sillery, Quebec to Anne Leclerc. I haven't been able to find his birth/christening in France. There is a microfilm #2055179 available from the LDS family history library that has "tons" on info. on all of Vincent Chretien's descendents...really complete with pictures for some of the later people. The info was compiled and donated to the LDS genealogy center by two descendents of Michel Chretien who came over from France about the same time as Vincent. I have the film on long term loan ... it will take me forever to get through it.
