Pierre Charron and Catherine Pillard are my ggggggggg grandparents arrived in New France in 1661 and 1662.
Francois, one of their four sons, began to use the dit name Charron-dit-Ducharme and he married Marguerite Piette about 1701.
Genevieve Chretien married 7.Francois-Xavier Ducharme about 1840.
I am descended as follows: 1.Pierre Charron, 2.Francois Charron-dit-Ducharme, 3.Joseph Charron-dit-Ducharme, 4.Joseph Ducharme, 5.Joseph-Moise Ducharme, 6.Francois-Xavier Ducharme, 7.Francois-Xavier Ducharme, 8.Ida Sophie Ducharme (married Oscar Bousquet), 9.Agnes Bousquet (married William Harper II) 10.William Harper III (married Dorothy Beck) ME: 11.Julie Ann Harper (married Michael Dennis Chlarson).
