On the website " People of Burlington and Vicinity" (http://www.burlingtonhistory.org/peole/search.asp) there is a reference to Forrest George Choak, married to Myrtle K warner. He was born 8.26/01 the son of Everett (of Chicago) and was killed by a Soon Line Freight 8/15/37. There is an interesting note that on 6/30/38 his "traveling bag found."
The record in this same website for the 1860 census list William Choak 42, patty, 28, John 21, Charles 16, Cana 16, Loeza 13, William 10, Emeline7, Eugeni 4, Albert 3 and Laura 4m. No Everett listed.
There is also a reference to an Everard Sylvester Choak married to Ella L. Andrews. Everard was born in 1868. Then there is a reference to "Choake, Everett, Evared, F. Everett." Perhaps a connection?
