Arthur..

I have the same Chittenden book you have, but it does not
list Sarah's maiden name. Was it Wright? Where did you
get this information? I am also descended from Nathaniel,
through his son Joseph who married Mehitabel Pierce.

I was reading a letter from my grandmother to my mother,
who died recently, and I discovered that my great-grandmother's mother was born in England, and her maiden name was Mary Ann Moran. She had a brother named Tommy, probably born in the early 1800s, who went to Sydney and became rich in the sheep-raising business. I had no idea
that we had any distant relatives in Australia, although
I have had some people contact me about my McKibbin line,
and there is a possibility that we are related since my
McKibbin family came from Comber in Northern Ireland or
Ulster. Comber is near Belfast in County Down, NI.
