We're in the same ballpark with a few overlapping families. See my posting today regarding Anna _____ (possibly Platts) (1723-1806), wife of Samuel Wright (1711-1797) of Saybrook/Westbrook.
My Sally Lewis (1770-1856) married Elihu Wright (bp 1770 d. 1823), son of Samuel Wright and Anna ____. After Samuel died, Sally Lewis married Timothy Scranton (1761-1848) in 1832 in Madison CT. Timothy Scranton's first wife was Deborah Chittenden of North Guilford, CT. They married 4 Sep 1785.
I'm searching to confirm my Anna's maiden name was Platts (possibly Platt or Pratt). Only thing I have to go on is a copy of Wright family Bible entry and Wright special file from CT State Library.
