I have been told that I am related to Chittendens, just how I haven't found out yet. The town historian of Louisville, St. Lawrence Co., New York sent me some information on Chittendens along with other familys. I hope this is of some help to my fellow researcheres.

Louisville Landing Cemetery:

Grave #55, Nelson N. Chittenden, 1842-1915; grave #56, Harriett Willson Chittenden, wife of Nelson N. , died 1914

grave # 57, Edward Chittenden, son of Nelson N., died 1950, age 75; grave #58A, Lorenzo Chittenden, son of Nelson Chittenden, died 1950, age 72

This part of New York is about 90 miles from Chittenden Co., Vermont.
