I have recently become interested in tracing the family heritage and would appreciate any information regarding the "Chism" family of Lauderdale Co. Tn. My Grandfather was Talmadge Chism, storekeeper @ Arp. until his death in 1970. Grandmother was Vessie. They had three children, Ray, Willard and Chester. Any info is appreciated. I remember my grandparents talking about the Ledbeters family, but know nothing that might be useful.
