(Linda McKee, Transcriber Tuesday, April 16, 2002: There are 3 more lines that are too dark and blurred too read and this is at the bottom of the second page and may have been continued onto another sheet, however TSLA did not copy it if there was information carried to the 3rd page. No mention of William McKee when will was probated.)

I have posted this will previously but thought to update and post it on this board for MCKEE searchers that may be just starting the search.

Updated info 2 Nov 2010:
Previously posted on other forums several years ago with no one having replied for certain about any members of this family. I would really like to know where he / they came from. This is obviously a second family for James McKee and so, somewhere, there was a first family in addition to these grown children. The transcription of the LW&T came from TSLA and his war service is posted on the Fayette Co TN tngenweb with other veterans of that war so he does not appear to be "made up". Any help here appreciated. Thanks, Linda McKee
