Hi,
I am stuck, so maybe someone can help! My GG grandmother was Catherine Chisholm, she married Alexander Robertson on 6th June 1884 in Aberdeen. Her parent were Roderick Chisholm (deceased) and Jane Chisholm nee. Wood.
My great aunt has a copy of a funeral tribute of Colin Chisholm from Strathglass in Inverness-shire who died in 1895. He was a member of the Gaelic Soc. and from the huge write up I think he was well thought of. My aunt was told of a link between Colin Chisholm and "our" Chisholms but I cant see how? Can anyone shed some light? Sarah.
