Back in 2002 on the ancestry.com CHIPMAN message board there was from Rodney Badger a "correction to Chipman genealogy" that explained that this Amos Chipman's wife was NOT Sarah Boardman (as seems to be listed everywhere), but Abigail as listed in "Marriage Records of the Town of Sunderland, VT to Feb 1905" and as confirmed by their headstones which are side-by-side in the Ira Allen Cemetery in Sunderland, VT. Is his wife Sarah Boardman (Who are her ancestors? I've looked for them everywhere!) or Abigail (Abigail who?). I'd really like to get this right so I can move on (..or back).
