Hello:Thank you so much for your help. One of your family was a judge here in Springfield.I am especially interested in your family because they were involved in local politics and union activities. There were living here in about 1918 a Hiram and a William Chinn. There was a streetcar strike here in Springfield in 1916 and 1917. The Chinn family had something to do with it...I need to look at my notes to remember exactly what.Do you know anything about the strike? Do you know if they left any kind of papers, photos, or documents, etc., to anyone?Springfield is terrible about preserving local history. If you know where any of this might be, please help me out...I would really appreciate it.I have relatives in the 1600s who lived in England and moved to Virginia who were named "Chinn". Thanks for your help.Brian
