Kwai (Ah, Kai) Fook Tam of Sam Jau,China

I am trying and getting nowhere with Chinese searching. Tam is my ggrandfather and on his obituary, it says he is from Sam Jau village, Kwongtung Province. I am looking for his parents. Father is Ken Sen and mother is Ah Chai..Can anyone help me? Where do I write to and who do I call for information. Thank You, Lorraine Strohkirch
