The archives of the China Inland Mission (now Overseas Missionary Fellowship) are kept at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, Thornhaugh Street, London WC1H 0XG, U.K.
These are the papers covering the London end of operations, as well as the papers concerning the founder, Hudson Taylor. Since the CIM had its headquarters in Shanghai, the China materials do not seem to have survived.
Some reports from the field may be found in the CIM periodical, "China's Millions".

A detailed account of the early history of the CIM is
A.J. Broomhall, _Hudson Taylor and China's Open Century_. (Sevenoaks: Hodder and Stoughton, 1981--), consisting of 6 or 7 volumes.
