I am doing some family history research on my wife's family and she too has a great uncle that served in the Customs Service in Shanghai form the 1920's through to the 1940's. His name was Cyril James Burge. If anyone has any information about him I would love to hear from them.

I do have in my possession a red cross telegram sent from a camp by Cyril's wife in 1944. I will look up the camp details and post this on this discussion thread just in case it is of any help.
